Please make a note of the address and Campus Name as there are several campus locations for the Sorbonne in Paris

No, you do not need to even though there is security at the Entrance.  They may ask to check your bag as this is done randomly. 

It is only possible to attend the Congress in person.

Representatives of the media are invited to visit the congress and report on it. The congress visit is free of charge for designated journalists on production of an official valid press card.

You can collect your badge onsite at the venue – please see registration hours below.

Sunday 26th May 07:30 – 11:30

*You will need to show your confirmation letter in order to collect your badge

Yes you can – but please note there is an increase in the fee to register onsite versus registering prior to the 24th of May.

Yes, all delegates who attend the Congress in person will receive a Certificate of Attendance by email after completion of an online survey.

On Sunday 26th May, a short survey will be emailed to all attendees. Upon completion of this survey, you will receive a PDF Certificate of Attendance by email.

Yes, the Congress has been awarded __ CME credits by the UEMS for attendance.

Yes, all presentations will be in English.

Yes, there is a large tabletop exhibition during all Congress hours.

Yes, there will be eposter terminals for you to view all eposters.

There is a small cloakroom for coats.

There is limited food available at the venue but there are several options close by.

As the congress venue is in a university you can log on to the wifi with your personal eduroam login
