Getting There

Budapest offers air and rail connections, with public transport options for travelling around the city and reaching the congress venue.

By Air

Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport serves the city.

From the airport, delegates can continue by public transport, taxi or a pre-booked transfer.

By Airport Bus and Metro

The 100E Airport Express connects the airport with Deák Ferenc tér in central Budapest and operates around the clock.

From Deák Ferenc tér, take metro line M3 towards Újpest-központ and alight at Nyugati pályaudvar. The Crowne Plaza Budapest is a short walk from the station.

The 100E requires a dedicated airport bus ticket or an eligible airport add-on ticket. Your onward metro journey requires a separate valid ticket or pass.

By Train

Budapest’s main railway stations include Keleti, Nyugati and Déli. Your arrival station will depend on your route.

Nyugati railway station is within walking distance of the congress venue. Delegates arriving at Keleti or Déli can continue by public transport or taxi.

By Taxi

Taxis offer a convenient option for travelling directly from the airport to the congress venue, particularly with luggage.

Főtaxi is Budapest Airport’s contracted taxi provider. Follow the airport signs to the official taxi booking points on arrival.

Delegates staying near Nyugati railway station or in the surrounding neighbourhood may be able to walk to the venue.
