Georgios Kymionis is Professor of Ophthalmology at Jules Gonin Eye Hospital, University of Lausanne and Head of the anterior segment. He leads several clinical research programs in the field of corneal transplantations and refractive surgery. He has developed several new surgical techniques for corneal diseases and he has more than 300 publications in peer review journals with more than 10000 citations.
